The room was very large - with sofa and table and large double bed as well as separate bathroom with large shower and toilet. Breakfast was just amazing. The underground parking facility was also suitable for our vehicle.

Cleanliness, parking, view!
1. an elevator is simply not enough for a full hotel. We stood a quarter of an hour to get from the parking garage to the hotel. 2 The breakfast is spatially as substantially unattractive! Three. The rooms are very simple. Four. No room to book at Seine. Beautiful view, but the street is so noisy, you can't sleep with the windows open!

Super appetising modern tasty breakfast. Not quite cheap but good quality.
The underground parking situation lacked an understandable allocation

The location here is fantastic, really close to the city center and adjacent to a vibrant area along the river with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, plus the added convenience of secure underground parking.

We had a very pleasant stay there. The room and the bathroom were clean and big enough for our needs, also with baby and dog. The breakfast was the best we got in France so far and was very good.
You couldn't open or tilt the windows, but the air was still good in the room. It would have been nice to stick your head out. That's all I can think of.

The pleasant attitude of all the staff. Each one I encountered had the time to say 'Bonjour'. It was a short walk from the centre of Rouen. !The thing we liked most was the different and interesting decor. Also the breakfast was more interest than the usual hotel fare. It is self service but plenty on offer and the coffee was excellent! I liked the fact that there was a separate toilet and the bathroom had a bath with a shower but also a separate shower. Supplied was a lovely scrub and body lotion. Parking was easily accessed at ten euro a day. All in all I consider it to be one of best hotels I have stayed in, in France. My only negative is I thought the hairdryer a little weak but perhaps I didn't figure out how to use it correctly as I was in a hurry. A lovely regenerated area in Rouen and close to the city

We are used to Travellodge rooms so this was A**** luxury in comparison! Comfy real beds for the children and a large bed for us. Dividing panels so the children could sleep without our light disturbing them were great. The bathroom was great and spacious and well equipped. Having a fridge was great as it was very hot weather so we needed cold water for the next day.The hotel is very close to the town centre just 10 minutes walk and we were in Vieux Marche choosing which restaurant to eat in. The secure car park was reassuring as we had all our holiday paraphanalia inside the car and was worth 10 E.
Only gripe was that both ours and our friend's rooms had one tea bag, one milk and two coffee sachets! Not enough for English people!

It was a good location to break up our drive to the south of France. The room was clean, compact, well designed and had all the amenities we required for an overnight stay. If you are planning to cook and eat in your room you need to take your own plastic plates and cutlery as none are provided although I think you can buy them in reception. All of the staff were very helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in, and all spoke very good English. The parking was really convenient being underneath the building. We would certainly use the hotel again.

Good for a nights stay. Underground parking meant that we had to take roofbox off so be aware. Breakfast was nice a selection of cold interesting pots of food plenty to choose from. You have to pay 10 Euros a night for parking.
